Immediate opening for a FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with a strong property management company.We are seeking an individual with previous maintenance background at our quick paced property, Rockwood Apartments in Newark, DE. This position is a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual. Must be able to pay close attention to detail.Maintenance Technician Duties includeRenovating and preparing vacant units for move-in.
